Kalani Ho-Nikaido is a business strategist and systems integrator who has a proven track record of building sustainable businesses that not only survive but thrive! Kalani, leads Nailena Consulting Group, a specialty advisory firm committed to identifying and implementing business strategies that drive the greatest financial results for large or small companies, as quickly as possible. 

Over the past two decades, she has provided senior financial leadership to large and small companies at various growth phases. Her experience encompasses both public and private companies primarily within the agricultural, real estate, hospitality, and wellness industries.
