Kalani Ho-Nikaido, a Certified High Performance Coach and Business Made Simple Coach, has a remarkable track record of building thriving businesses. As the founder of Nailena Consulting Group, she partners with companies of all sizes to implement strategies that drive financial growth. With over two decades of financial leadership experience in various industries, Kalani's expertise is unparalleled. From her beginnings at the Waldorf-Astoria to her leadership roles at Hoʻaloha Nā 'Ehā, Ltd and Maui Land & Pineapple Co., Inc., Kalani's career has been marked by success and innovation.
Transitioning to entrepreneurship, Kalani founded the Nikaido Realty Group, LLC, and served as CFO for Hoaʻāina Farm Services, LLC and Maui Wellness Group. After her husband's sudden and unexpected death, Kalani re-engineered her life and created the Nailena Consulting Group, expanding her reach globally. Kalani's dedication has led to the creation of sustainable businesses and impactful initiatives like Ka Hale Hoaka LLC and PIKO.
