What We Don't Do

Our scope is intentional and specific. PIKO does not provide strategic finance, forecasting, scenario modeling, growth or pricing strategy, hiring or compensation planning, executive decision-making, or forward-looking advisory. All strategic or future-oriented needs—including financial modeling, planning, or executive support—are provided by independent fractional CFO or advisory providers. This distinction maintains clarity, accountability, and delivery integrity.

  • Monthly bookkeeping (up to 150 transactions)*
  • Bank & credit card reconciliations
  • Monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet)
  • Sales tax reporting & filing
  • Compliance tracking & filing calendar
  • Administrative government correspondence support (routine notices only; up to 2/month, 30 min each)
  • Year-end CPA-ready package
  • Annual Operational Review (1x per year, 60 minutes)


Transactions exceeding 150/month may require a scope adjustment based on volume and complexity.

​Our Access Program is a limited, application-based initiative designed for early-stage founders and small nonprofits who need professional support but cannot yet afford market rates.

  • Scholarship Support: Partial scholarships applied toward our Build or Run packages.
  • Full Scope: You receive the exact same high-quality service and attention as our standard clients.
  • Time-Bound: Support is typically granted for 3–6 months to help you stabilize.
  • Graduation: We set clear expectations for graduating into standard pricing as your organization strengthens.

A: No. PIKO is an operational finance and compliance execution partner. We do not provide CFO-level strategy, forecasting, scenario planning, or executive advisory. Clients seeking strategic or forward-looking financial leadership are referred exclusively to independent fractional CFO or advisory providers.

Q: What is included in PIKO's scope?
A: Our packages focus on operational finance—bookkeeping, reconciliations, compliance execution, filing calendars, government correspondence (within scope limits), and foundational reporting. Add-ons for payroll processing, AP/AR management, and select operational projects are available only as separately scoped extensions, subject to capacity and fit.
