Kalani Ho-Nikaido, a Certified High Performance Coach, has a remarkable track record of building thriving businesses. As the founder of Nailena Consulting Group, she partners with companies of all sizes to implement strategies that drive financial growth. With over two decades of financial leadership experience in various industries, Kalani's expertise is unparalleled.
From her beginnings at the Waldorf-Astoria to her leadership roles at Hoʻaloha Nā 'Ehā, Ltd and Maui Land & Pineapple Co., Inc., Kalani's career has been marked by success and innovation.
After attending a workshop in 2007 that was a turning point in getting serious about personal finance, Kalani built a strong financial foundation. When she lost her husband in 2018, this foundation gave her the breathing room and ability to rebuild her life as a financially independent solo mom, launching multiple businesses, traveling with her kids, and creating a legacy of empowerment.
